I'm always here with arms wide open 243 days today clean I've always tried to help everyone But, I can't seem to help me I just need to find the time to breathe I've climbed every mountain No matter how high it seemed My life is an open book I wear my heart on my sleeve Just like every you I bleed the same color you bleed Sometimes it doesn't come easy And, you can lose your mind Sometimes It's hard to believe And, the answers are hard to find When you're living one day at a time Life's full of challenges At times they're so hard to ignore Something new around every corner You never know what's in store When you've got nothing to lose The answer's are easy to chose If you could only recognize you're own pain Then everything would change and life Wouldn't die in vain Sometimes it doesn't come easy And, you can lose your mind Sometimes It's hard to believe And, the answers are hard to find When you're living one day at a time As I try with all of my might That understanding can only bring Looking through the darkness for the light When life was literally hanging by a string Sometimes it doesn't come easy And, you can lose your mind Sometimes It's hard to believe And, the answers are hard to find When you're living one day at a time

Hate will not spawn our fate

By Jessie Doyle

There was a time I think when the world ran much more peacefully and there weren't wars or violence and material things didn't matter and everything wasn't a competition to see who was better than one another, a time where people helped one another without asking for it that's just what they did because they genuinely felt love and compassion and unity amongst each other, but then something happened along the way that poisoned our hearts and our souls and what was once love, mutated into hate and angst and the urge to destroy one another just to satisfy thier own needs and somehow maybe one day through a miracle we can get back to getting along and living peacefully and happily with each other.

I Write About You Sometimes

This was made for someone who I’ve been trying to forget about when I write music but instead I always end up writing about this person and never realize it until it’s finished.

Life Restrainer

By Matt Cain

This is about the depression and anxiety I've dealt with throughout my life. It feels as if it restrains me from doing things I know I should be able to do.
