To The Top is a song about going for your dreams and never giving up. The drive, hunger to be not just successful, but famous, legendary.
Are You With Me is a song about a cult type leader, seeking out lost souls to follow him. But like all cult leaders his true vision is about being all powerful and in control of everything around him. And destroying anyone who goes against him.
This is a song about getting rich and doing drugs and maybe selling drugs and having a fantastic time doing it. Plus there's unicorns! So it's the greatest song I've ever written.
"Just Once, My Love" details a person losing someone very dear to them and then sort of blaming God for their lose. Inspiration taken from My Dying Bride. No rhyme scheme here. Very mournful. MDB's "The Angel and the Dark River" was the album that inspired me the most to pen this. Preferred genres (but not limited to) Doom metal, gothic metal.
