There are many people in the world who are treated badly for being different. Many are faced with bullying, segregation, racism and ostracism. Many are considered weak physically, psychologically even mentally, of a lower social class, or to bear the sins of their forefathers or parents, not allowed to enjoy the basic things of life. They are considered outcasts. Therefore, the outcasts are asking to be heard...

We are all defined by our past but sometimes we become what we hate. We have all done and said things we regret and it’s really important to resolve these things or there is a danger we might become what we are avoiding. It’s important to talk to friends or write down these thoughts just to let them go.
