Said you'd hit me back now I'm keeping track with time stamps 3 a.m. conversation use to pour over into the afternoon it was relation in the making Now every time we on the phone I get 5 minutes then you gotta go that ain't enough for me to be complacent Damn where my time at Been through the dirt with you came out smile shining like a dime cap Irritation in ya tone Don't feed me that Built you up from flesh and bone my lil corpse bride now you beat me back And I eat the lies because I see you as A beautiful mess You don't have to confess I see you crashing on the inside You too easy to read I just want you to say it Or else that's another bead taken from my blood sowed into my chain I know you see me bleed You no longer have no sympathy And that's what make me think about How you check on me before you withdraw my emotions like your bank account I ain't jewish but I miss the days you use to feed the pig and not take from it Now it's a slaughterhouse and I'm strung from it You trying to take me down with you but you can't take me deep enough because every other day I plummet I been so far gone I reached the summit Maybe I'm evil because I fake these good moods for your hearts hunger Which mean you been feeding off the wrong energy bad juju Now it's plain to see The bad in you it came from me im so unempathetic

Heroic Coward

By Annabel Chima

The lyric depicts the struggles we have as humans to be the saviour of everyone. It speaks from the male's point of view where he fails to live up to his responsibilities when it truly matters. The vibes and atmosphere of the lyrics are very oxymoronic (even in the song's title) but still very real. It creates a sense of polarity. You're guaranteed a moved audience who can relate. It fits perfectly into most genres.

Turning Outlaw

By Brian Hendrix

I tried to put together an old-style western album. I ended up only writing a handful of songs. This is my favorite of the lot, and easily one of my top-three favorites I ever wrote. It's about a group of pioneers who went out west in search of their fortune. They didn't find it and instead went broke, became homeless, and started to starve. So they turned to the outlaw life to make some money, but got carried away with being outlaws.
