I think I've finally found you I wondered if I could come in? I can see you doubting The places you have been But I don't think you're wrong, You're just denying your heart So it can't sing along, ooohh Your gentle gaze Betrays your sharp words I'd stare for days Trying to strike the right chords I'll meet you in the sunshine Talk about our future Like a penny's worth a dime, a penny's worth a dime And if the sun sets earlier than either of us knew, Would you stay around to discover something we never do? We're limitless if we take to the sky, that much I know is true But broken wings forgot how to fly, what if I mend them XXXX XXXX X XXXXX XXXX XXXXXXX XXXXX XXX X XXXXXXXX XX X XXXXX XXXX XXX X XXX XXX XXX XXXXXXXX XXX XXXXXX XXX XXXX XXXX XXX X XXXXX XXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXX XXXX XXXXX XX XX XXXXX XXXX XXXXXX XXXXX X XXXX XXXX XXXXX XXX X XXXXX XXXX XXXXX XXXXXXXX XXX XXXXX XXXXX XX XXXX XXXXX

My Hands

By Ken Latulippe

I associate hands with "doing." There's nothing you can really "do" about heartbreak, there's no actionable solution for that pain. Your hands can't protect you, but they can do a whole lot of other (probably detrimental) things to cope!

Somebody

By Ken Latulippe

It's hard not to be scared that you'll die without having made your mark on the world. It's a little of that, and a little a list of grievances against the system that created that feeling.

Misunderstood

By Howard Aronson

This lyric is about my struggles with ADHD. It's something I've had since I was diagnosed at 3 years old. I've been on and off medication for it both legally and with cocaine if you want to call that medication, illegally. ADHD is very challenging to live with. It affects your everyday life, you're interpersonal relationships, and your ability to focus, and think before you act. But there's so many good things about being ADHD. Most people with ADHD are very creative and can be very successful, such as Einstein. If you have the ability to hyperfocus on positive things instead of negative things you could turn your ADHD into an asset. For me it's been bittersweet, as I've used my ADHD to be successful, but also to have it play a part in my downfall. I hope you like this lyric.
