A song about a friend trying to save a friend from an eating disorder. The friend has also suffered from bulimia nervosa, so she knows exactly what’s going on. But the friend is very concerned and is trying to help.

This song is from a womans perspective of how she gave her all and still in the end ended up losing someone she loved because the no longer wanted to put up with her for whatever reasons.

Sometimes one needs to take a break/vacation from life and just simply "escape" to find inner peace. I was inspired by my current situation: I have deleted my Instagram, Twitter and majority of my social media accounts. The lyrics romanticise, fantasise and personify the loneliness of fame. It also speaks of losing (fake) friends in the process of becoming more famous. The vibes/atmosphere of the song are very contemplative and weird. It also has a nostalgic element to it also. Genres: RnB, Pop, Indie/Rock, Hip Hop. The lyrics are best fitted in the aforementioned music genres.
