In diesem Liedtext geht es darum, dass wir täglich negative Nachrichten hören und sehen. Manch einer sieht deshalb nur noch wenig positives. Das ist mir auch passiert. Es geht hierbei um das aktuelle Weltgeschehen und darum, nicht einfach aufzugeben.....

Opioid addiction. We're all touched by this tragic disease in some way. Too many angels are walking the streets of heaven who should still be walking amongst us here on earth. Whimsical little love song. Hailing back to a time when life seemed a little easier and a bit less hurried. People seemed a little more friendly. We tolerated one another and had more patience. I wrote this on the screen porch on a beautiful, late spring day while listening to my lovely wife float around the house. A soft, warm breeze was lightly blowing. A hint of that summer was on it's way. I could the late, great Ella Fitzgerald's timeless, silky voice in my head. Wishing on a star. -For ADELA
