Song about feeling devastated after the passing of a very special person who was original and not in any way part of the speed and greed that characterise modern life. Inspired after reading a poem by William Wordsworth on a similar theme.

Feeling fed up with fast, urban existence. A need to escape from a monotonous but well-paid job and do soething fulfilling and creative.

Trying to see what went wrong in a relationship and asking the other person to help you find what it was.

Feeling euphoric while walking through the streets of a city, in this case Paris although this is not stated; Feeling as light as a butterfly and in the mood to dance.
