Lately, we have received an increased number of applications that have illegally submitted song lyrics from artificial intelligence (AI) resources like ChatGPT that are not original. We want to emphasize that we vigorously reject such texts and only accept authentic and high-quality writers on our platform.

As a platform for copyright-protected music and lyrics, we are aware of the importance of originality and creativity. We appreciate the talent and hard work of composers and writers who face the challenge of creating authentic and high-quality works.

Therefore, we would like to emphasize that we will strictly pursue any attempt to publish or sell fake or unauthorized texts on our platform. We adhere to applicable copyright laws and will take all necessary measures to ensure that our platform remains a safe and fair place for original song lyrics.

Before you submit your application, please verify the following:

By uploading your lyrics (herein referred to as „the Work“), you accept the following licence terms according to which you permit us to enter your Work in our database, offer your Work to third parties, and sub-licence your Work.

• You hereby warrant to us that you are the sole author of your Work, namely that all copyright and other rights in the Work belong to you and that the Work does not offend any rights of any third parties.
• You further warrant that in relation to the rights that you hereby grant, you have not otherwise disposed of those rights elsewhere, and undertake that you will not in the future otherwise elsewhere dispose of those rights.
• You warrant you are not a member of a copyright collection society or any kind of Performance Rights Organization (PRO) e. g. GEMA, AKM, SUISA, BMI, PRS, ASCAP and have no current exclusive authorship contracts with a music publisher or similar entity.
• You should have minimum of 10 lyrics (Work) for our library.
• Please tell us something about you and your previous lyric works.

If your lyrics have the potential to match our needs, we will reach out to you with all the further details. If, unfortunately, your lyrics do not fit well with our library, we cannot expand on the reasons we are not accepting your lyrics.

Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks before we have the opportunity to review your lyrics. If you don't hear from us within 3 weeks, usually that means you are not a good fit at this time. Due to the high volume of applications, we only respond to positive applications.
