Death will find you

(Gerard O'Riley)

A quirky song about the simple fact that we are all going to the same fate, death. There's no escaping it, life is terminal. So we should learn from death and truly enjoy life and spend our time with those we love.

Death will one day find you, of this you can be sure. And of this disease there simply is no cure. It doesn’t matter what you do your life is bound to end. We don’t know how or why or when we’re going to die my friend. Nobody has ever escaped this fate, no-one has lived so long. 90 years that’s all we get before our funeral song. Some people die in a blaze of glory, some people die in their sleep. It doesn’t matter what’s your story I hope to die on my feet. Some people fall off the perch, some hear the banshee’s wail. Even if you go to church, you’ll receive your final nail. That sweet chariot is swinging low coming for to carry you home. The final curtain will be drawn, your time of deaths unknown. You might be looking for lives lost meaning, you may be who you want to be. You may be cut down in your prime, you may drown at sea. Most go with dreams unfulfilled, some will own a yacht. You can hold on with all your might, you’re going to lose the lot. So, people, won’t you please listen to what I have to say. Fill your life with joy and happiness each and every single day. Tell your people that you love them, when we go we go alone. With your loved ones spend all your time before you head on home. Death will one day find You!

Chased Her Faith Away

By Andrea Vasquez

This lyric is about the loss of innocence. Being a teenage girl in the church should be a place to feel safe, but when grown adults form opinions on a girl because of how she looks it can become skewed. Those judgments can easily make the church a nasty place, and push children to want to leave and not come back.

Dance Like

By Ari Wilde

This song is a parody of how Netflix characters rule our lives. It contains themes of wanting to be like certain characters, like Wednesday, from Tim Burton's show, or some Stranger Things characters. The song makes light of this new obsession, and mentions Wednesday's famous dance.
