(Verse 1) Paper plane cry, In the dead of the night, I’m so completely lost. You and me write, And we talk, never fight, Now my inner burn is frost. Solemnly swear, That you’ll be there. I’m always waiting for you just to say that you care. (PreChorus) Sharks, they break the glass, And knock you on your ass. You pick me up with another line. (Chorus) And it’s true, Your life, your vacation is due, The people, the way the treat you, Whoa, oh. But we’re two whole souls. With you, Our friendship is never blue, And our smiles and words have proof, Oh, whoa. We are two whole souls. (Verse 2) Messenger’s the friend in the end, It’s the one thing that’s brought us together. Finding a friend like you, Can’t pretend it feels like forever. Since I’ve had fun, Found the simple one. The carry conversations with, To reload the gun. (PreChorus) Sharks, they break the glass, May knock you on your ass. But you and me, yeah, we are good to go. (Chorus) (Bridge) I cry in the mid of the day, And I text you, seeing what you have to say (eh). Unlikely of Places

By Marlon Lett

Unlikely of Places commemorates the day I met my future wife on September 12, 2001. She has been my rock and heart through the years. She is also the mother of my three children that I love dearly. This song is dedicated to her and all she means to me.

Building Blocks of Life

By Brian Hendrix

I couldn't sleep no matter what, and so I had a tune bouncing around in my head that I decided to transform into a song. This poured out of me pretty quickly, like it had been bubbling under the surface for some time. It's pretty self-explanatory, talking about how our pasts shape our futures, and the days will get brighter for us all. I hope that's true at least! This is probably my favorite chorus I ever wrote for a song. It's very poignant.
