(1st Verse) Last night I dreamt I was back at Spoons Drinking at table sixty one I was sinking my first Abbots down And Covid had all burned-out and gone! The lockdown was all over And nobody had a care Everyone was laughing and joking And all the usual suspects were there (2nd Verse) I was checking if any Angels were running And seeing if any had won And Stevie was making notes At table sixty one! And then Davey started giving out hand shakes Laughing and having fun And telling us how many miles he'd cycled At table sixty one! (3rd Verse) Meanwhile Bob's got one eye on TV And whenever Trump comes on! He says "Just look at that daft bugger!" At table sixty one And Daz is sitting next to Guesty At whom he starts poking fun Saying "There's not many worse than you Alan!" At table sixty one! (4th Verse) So Alan philosophises back And glancing asks everyone! "Should I kill him now or later?" At table sixty one! And always unseen there still Are the ghosts of Jeff and John Drinking in spirit, if not now in body At table sixty one (5th Verse) And now Stevie's winding-up Courtney Shouting "Get some bloody work done!" To which she laughs and gives him the finger At table sixty one! But then I suddenly woke and realised The Lockdown's still firmly on And was sad that I was only dreaming Of Spoons and sixty one!

Schattenzeit

By Nadine Schulze

Happily Never After (Duet)

By Karianne Gabaldon

These lyrics show both sides to a rocky relationship; not just what the man feels, and not just what the woman feels. It’s a fun little duet, but it’s more twisted than lovely.
