Move-In Ready
Simple country song about a guy comparing his heart, his life, to a home and trying to let the girl know that it's all ready to be her home, should she choose it. I wasn't sure the format I wanted to go with this, so I just went typical country-radio VCVCBC with it. Overall, I like how it came out.

Ain't no one lived here now for years
Since the last one disappeared
Cleared out everything and gone
And I know you and me just started
But, girl, it's a buyer's market
I know just the place where you belong
(Chorus)
Yeah, girl, my heart's been empty
Vacant for quite a while
Spacious, though, it'd feel like home
With a big splash of your style
So if it appears a little shaky
It's guaranteed safe and steady
Plenty of room, so if you choose
Yeah, my heart is move-in ready
I love what you've done with the place
How the memories erased
Have more than cleared way for the new
So settle in and kick your feet up
And I'll see if I can keep up
After I hand these keys to you
(Chorus)
(Bridge)
There's some junk in the basement
The paint's chipped, and there's cobwebs
We'll clear it all out once you're settled in
(Chorus)
