Promised End – Day One The songbird’s flown its airy cage, We’re all the talk in town, darling, We’re all the rage. Not now, Ellie, now Ellie, please, We’re doing it again My foot’s in my mouth And you’re screaming my name, Is this the promised end, Is this the promised end? There’s a rip in my Fred Perry And the fridge door’s off its hinge, The dachshund’s eating cherries And all it does is winge, Is this the promised end, Is this the promised end? The phone bill’s on the draining board, My laptop’s junked in the yard I don’t want to be all maudlin But must it really be this hard, Is this the promised end, Is this the promised end? Not now, Ellie, now Ellie, please We’re doing it again My foot’s in my mouth And you’re screaming my name, Is this the promised end Is this the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXX XXXX XX X XXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXX XX XXXXXXXXXX XXX XXXXX XX XX XXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXX XXXXXXXX XXX X XXXXXXX XXXX XX XXXXXX XXXXXXX XXX XXXXX X XXXXXXX XXXX XX XXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXX XXX XXXX XXXXX XXXXXXX XXX XXX XXXX XX XXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXX XXX XXXXX XXX XXXX XXXXXX XXX XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXX XXXX XX XXXX XX XXX XXXX XXXX XX XXX XXXXXXXX XXXX

Winter in Hearts

By Karlo Čavlović

Even though some relationships feel perfect due to our adoration for the other person, in most cases the real situation is nowhere near. Perfection is not achievable, but mediocrity is even worse. We should never settle for someone who does not cherish us, but we also shouldn't be the person who doesn't cherish their partner fully. When we feel that something is off and that our love for our partner is simply fading away, it's better to be honest than continue to hurt both ourselves and our partner.

The Art of Dispute

By Melanie Thompson

All couples fight. That is a given. And I think we should fight. We should be able to express ourselves to the ones we love or to strangers. It is something that we should not avoid. Clear the air sometimes and you breath better. However, I think that when we do fight or argue we should do it in a manner that doesn't lead to hatred or violence. Make it a fair fight. Fair fights are permitted. Take the art of boxing for example. I love watching a good boxing match. And when I wrote this song I thought about boxing and all the rules that apply to that sport. If you are in a relationship learn to adjust. Learn to respect the one you love. Make some rules about how to argue your issues. And then follow them. Learn the art of dispute.
