Countless Calories
This song is about an eating disorder. The main focus on these lyrics is Anorexia Nervosa. I have many songs I’ve written about eating disorders because I have struggled with anorexia as a teenager and bulimia as an adult. An eating disorder is a very complex thing to both understand and overcome. These lyrics have a very special meaning to me.

(Verse 1)
You say I'm garbage, think I'm trash,
So I cut myself down from lash to lash.
You're a bully; a demon,
All I needed was a shoulder to lean on.
So exercising day in day out,
Just to impress, but I hardly doubt,
That I'll be anything but perfect,
I never get respect.
(Chorus)
I don't eat anymore,
And I won't today,
I run off my countless calories,
Day by day.
Ana loves me more than you do.
Countless calories is what you put me through.
(Verse 2)
When I eat,
I feel deceit.
I look in the mirror,
Only to drown in fear.
Help me, Ana. What do I do?
It seems like you want to leave me, don't you?
Everyone I've ever loved has left,
All a guy ever wants from me is sex.
I'm a perv magnet and never will men,
Accept me for who I am.
So I continue to lose weight,
I don't care if it's not safe.
(Chorus)
I don't eat anymore,
And I won't today.
I run off my countless calories,
Day by day.
Ana loves me more than you do.
